My interest in helping people improve their work life is because I know what it’s like for your job to wear you down, to the point where you’re unhappy in your personal life and you have no idea why. It’s happened to me in both PAYE and self employed roles.
Why? Well whilst working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress, working hard for something we love (often what us self employed people are doing) is called passion. The reality is that your body doesn’t know the difference!
Whilst I can’t come in and change your job, make your boss a nicer person, take your workload away, I can help you deal with how you feel about yourself, how you approach stress and workload, how you find space in the busiest days. Because happiness is an inside job.

- I am working with both businesses and employees in the workplace, offering yoga, mindfulness workshops and supporting HR and H&S departments with changing the workplace approach to stress.
